Coffee With Rajendra - A conversational psychotherapy experience

Hello there. I'm Rajendra.

Consider me a friend, a philosopher, a psychotherapist. Through thoughtful, open dialogue, I assist individuals in developing greater awareness of their emotional and cognitive states, and support them in developing healthier, more balanced ways to navigate through life’s dilemmas and inner conflicts.

Psychotherapy isn’t just for those in extreme emotional crisis or mental agony. Just as you don’t necessarily need messy hair to justify a visit to the barber, you don’t need to be struggling deeply to qualify to seek psychotherapy. It’s a casual, normal, and often refreshing process, like a casual conversation with a friend. Not seeking help when needed, is not a sign of self-sufficiency or mental strength. Attending therapy doesn’t imply weakness or an inability to cope—it simply means you're choosing to reflect, organise, and process your thoughts with better tools and guidance, especially when facing critical decisions.

Mental health challenges aren’t always conditions to be “cured” in the conventional sense. Instead, they often reflect imbalances—emotional, environmental, or psychological—that deserve attention. My approach is not about transforming people into something else, but about helping them understand themselves, restore balance, and build sustainable coping mechanisms that foster resilience and happiness.

I understand that quality, one-on-one psychotherapy with trained professionals can be expensive and time-intensive. Emotional support, however, shouldn’t be a luxury. I believe it should be easily available through a larger support system that includes professional therapists, institutions, communities, friends, families, religion, and technology (artificial intelligence). To help bridge this gap, I provide mental health support through a mix of approaches including:

1.  an AI-powered chatbot—an extension of myself—that anyone can access and chat with online. This chatbot is designed to provide thoughtful, guided conversations for emotional support. Importantly, I personally review these chats and provide feedback and instructions to the AI, so your future conversations continue to feel personal, helpful, and tailored to your needs. Your conversations with my AI are reviewed by me—a real human—and I’ll send personalised insights, recommendations, and guidance to assist your mental wellness journey.

2. Personalised, self-journaling booklets and charts with suitable prompts for self exploration and self-help, self-observation and implementation of healthier adaptation techniques relevant to your psychosocial context.

3. Conversations with me in-person, on call, or text. You may also email me at rajendra.meena21@gmail.com mentioning in detail the mental conflict you might be facing in your life, and I will respond in detail, with suitable questions/prompts for self-journaling, and advice, and further follow ups on email.
